SUMMARY:Local Planning Committee Meeting #4 Village of Catskill DRI
DESCRIPTION:The Village of Catskill Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) Local Planning Committee (LPC) will hold the fourth LPC meeting on Thursday\, September 4\, 2025\, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Catskill Senior Center. At this meeting\, local Catskill DRI project sponsors will briefly present and answer LPC member questions about their proposals for projects with potential to contribute to the transformation of the Catskill DRI Area. An extensive number of project proposals have been received through the Open Call for Projects process that closed on August 18th.  Proposal types range from building rehabilitations\, housing developments\, and public space improvements throughout the downtown area. \nJoe Wildermuth\, LPC Co-Chair\, said\, “This is the first of several opportunities for the LPC and the public to hear from a wide range of project sponsors about how their proposed projects align with DRI program goals and the community’s vision for the revitalization of Catskill’s downtown.” \nLPC MEETING #4 \nThursday\, September 4\, 2025 \n5:00 PM – 8:00 PM \nCatskill Senior Center \n15 Academy Street \nCatskill\, NY  12414 \nPublic comment will be accepted at the end of the meeting.  Visit https://www.catskilldri.com/ for ongoing details and to see the schedule of meetings and events.
