On Wednesday, May 22, 2019, the board of directors of the Greene County EDC held an open meeting to elect their Board Chair and Board Vice-Chair.
Mark Maraglio of the National Bank of Coxsackie was named Board Chair by unanimous consent, and Steven E. Nelson of the Bank of Greene County was named Vice-Chair (also by unanimous consent)
The Board of Directors was authorized by the Greene County Legislature earlier this month, and this initial meeting identified officers, committee assignments and operational protocols to accomplish the mission of the corporation.
