The Greene IDA is seeking proposals for the development of the site of the former Quality Inn adjacent to NYS Thruway Exit 21 Catskill. Demolition of the derelict building has been completed and proposals for a new hotel / restaurant facility will be received until May 31, 2019. RFP Documents are available at The Greene IDA Website
