The 2021 Virtual Career Jam event is coming up fast! Running from April 14th – May 27th, hundreds of young adults, the future workers of Columbia and Greene counties, will have the chance to learn about participating local businesses. They’ll discover what drives them and what a career with them provides. This virtual workforce development fair is a great opportunity for you to display your business and the value it provides to your community!
Your Virtual Booth
Upon registering for the event, you can build out your booth via an intuitive process. It’s as simple as uploading your company’s brand assets, logos, relevant links/videos and then dragging and dropping to applicable spots on your booth! Your finished booth will then look like this to both you and virtual attendees on the day of the event:
Display Your Business
When the event goes live, all virtual attendees will login and be directed to a main virtual lobby. From there, they can enter the Exhibit Hall, where your virtual booth will be located. To make navigation easier for participants, they can either search for your business based on its category or they can click on your booth. Once there, they will have access to all the documents, videos, and links you provided and set your booth up with. Participants will also be able to live chat with whoever you assign as your virtual booth rep to have their questions answered confidentially. Even if they leave messages or chat on non-live days, you can set up a company contact to notify you to respond.
