After kicking various ideas around between his peers and family, Aaron settled on the idea of renovating the existing space (while keeping it as historically preserved as possible) and creating an event center. He reached out to the Greene County Economic Development Corporation and Greene County Industrial Development Agency to begin feasibility studies and to draft a business plan.
