Prep for Windows, Doors & Flooring Pours at The Wire
By the end of April 2021, significant progress at the site included:
- Total reconditioning of roof trusses;
- Installation of new roofing;
- Excavation of interior floors in preparation for;
- Installation of electrical service conduits, plumbing, and radiant floor heating/cooling infrastructure.
All openings were prepped for installation of new energy-efficient custom windows & doors, and exterior walls were upgraded with expandable insulation.
