The Exit 21 Catskill development project is a joint initiative between the Greene County Industrial Development Agency (Greene IDA) and the Greene County Economic Development Corporation.
This shovel-ready (semi-wooded) 60-acre site is great for commercial or recreational-destination development. The site is accessible from County Route 23B and boarded by the NYS Thruway to the east, the Catskill Creek to the south and west, and Route 23B on the north. It is less than 1/4 mile from NYS Thruway Exit 21, approximately 100 miles north of New York City and 30 miles south of the State Capital in Albany. Exit 21 is the gateway to the Great Northern Catskill Mountains.
